Mr. Crosbie STEAM Activities

Mr. Crosbie’s 2nd class were having lots of fun designing and creating. They were using polygon building sets to create animals which they had been researching and writing reports on in English. They were also using giant lego to create gears and cogs. They had great fun using the magnetic shapes to make all sorts of weird and wonderful creations! 

 

                            

 

                                  

                                  Ms. woods 5th class, history 

 

The children in Ms Woods 5th class have been working hard on their amazing reports on Nelson Mandela! Some of the children such as Mikey and Ruth wrote about his jail life and others like Cealán, Emily and Stephanie wrote about his life in college and his family!

 

 

Ms. Neary’s class

 

Ms. Neary’s Senior Infants went on a trip to Byrne’s Pumpkin Patch Togher. They learned all about how pumpkins are grown. The boys and girls went on a treasure hunt searching for small pumpkins and everyone got to take a pumpkin home. It was great fun!
