Seachtain Na Gaeilge is an international Irish language festival and one of our biggest celebrations of our native language and culture. It takes place nationwide every year in the run up to St Patrick’s Day. Ta Seachtain na Gaeilge ar suil sa scoil an seachtain seo. This week is Seachtain na Gaeilge (Irish Week) in Callystown NS. Ta a lan rudai ag tarlu-comortais agus ceolchoirm. Lots of activities are happening- colouring competitions, gaeilgeoir an lae competition and concerts. On Thursday the 12th of March we have Lá Glas (Green Day). We ask everyone to dress up in green/Ireland colours for the day. Bigi ag labhairt cupla focail sa bhaile freisin.
