Microsoft visit Callystown

Last week Callystown National school had a visit from 3 tutors from Microsoft to facilitate our participation in Hour of Code: the largest learning event in history!

Mr Crosbie’s and Mr Fortune’s class were lucky enough to take part. The tutors were really impressed with the level of knowledge and enthusiasm of both teachers and students.

The Hour of Code is a spark to keep learning computer science and we are hoping to build upon this learning within the school and with further input from microsoft in the future.
