Callystown NS were excited to welcome Drogheda Brass band who will perform for the children and show off their variety of instruments. All children aged 7 or over are welcome to join the country's top brass band! Email droghedayouthbrass@gmail.com No experience needed. Instrument provided.

We will be holding a clothes recycling collection during the week of October 14th to 18th. Each family will receive 2 bags and we hope you can fill them. Why not ask your family and friends to fill a bag? Your support is greatly appreciated.

Our annual Fundraiser will take place on Wednesday 23rd October between 11.15am and 12.15pm. The children will receive his/her sponsorship card next week and we would be grateful if the card and money was returned to the school before Wednesday 23rd October.

Children are invited to dress up in their Halloween costumes for school on Friday 25th October

School closes on Friday 25th October and re-opens on Monday 4th November
