Nialll de Búrca
As part of our Literacy week, Niall de Búrca the famous Irish storyteller returned to Callystown on Tuesday 5th November. It has been 6 years since Niall last visited Callystown and we hope it won’t be as long until his next visit.
Niall entertained all the children from each class and the corridors were echoing with the laughter from his captive audiences. Niall’s grá for the Irish language came through in his stories and was inspiring to all.
